RefWorks Assignment

As I was reading the discussion board on BB, I saw that a lot of my classmates were having trouble with this RefWorks assignment. It seems really straightforward, but when you get into RefWorks, things get a little tricky. I had some trouble myself and I had to Google a lot of my problems before I could figure things out.
